Taivoo (taivoo.net) is a B2B directory platform that connects global buyers with AI hardware manufacturers. We do not sell products directly, hold inventory, process payments, or fulfill orders. All commercial transactions, including payments, shipping, and after-sales services, are negotiated and executed directly between the buyer and the supplier. Therefore, Taivoo does not issue refunds or process returns.

2. Return and Refund Negotiation

Because all terms are agreed upon directly between buyers and suppliers, any return or refund request must be directed to the specific supplier you transacted with. We strongly recommend that buyers and suppliers sign a formal sales contract that clearly outlines:

  • Product specifications and quality standards.

  • Inspection and acceptance criteria.

  • Return, replacement, and refund conditions.

  • Warranty periods and after-sales support.

3. Sample Orders

For sample orders, suppliers may have specific policies regarding returns. Generally, sample fees are non-refundable unless the sample is defective or does not match the agreed specifications. Shipping costs for returning samples are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Bulk Orders and Quality Issues

For bulk orders, we advise buyers to arrange third-party quality inspections (e.g., SGS, BV) before shipment. If quality issues arise after delivery, the resolution (including refunds, replacements, or repairs) should be handled according to the signed contract between the buyer and the supplier.

5. Dispute Resolution

While Taivoo is not a party to the transaction, we encourage buyers and suppliers to resolve disputes amicably. If you encounter a serious issue with a supplier listed on our platform, please report it to us via our Contact Us page. We may review the supplier’s status on our platform, but we cannot enforce financial refunds.
